Linea Disegno Chair by Gastone Rinaldi for Rima

$800.00

A striking example of Italian modernism, the Linea Disegno chair was designed by Gastone Rinaldi for Rima in the 1970s. Featuring a beechwood frame paired with its original champagne velvet upholstery, the frame and seat are securely held together with exposed hex screws, showcasing Rinaldi’s signature attention to form and proportion, while the soft velvet adds a touch of understated elegance. This piece remains in original vintage condition with wear to the timber consistent with age and use. The upholstered seat does show some signs of wear- there are some stains to the fabric otherwise the fabric shows no rips or tears. Sourced in Sydney. No labels or makers marks are found.
