Does Locus Collective have a shop?

Locus Collective operates exclusively online. Personal viewings are available by appointment at Daniela’s home in Sydney’s Inner West. To arrange a viewing, contact Locus Collective with your preferred date and time and we will confirm a convenient appointment. Viewings are offered daily, Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Does the cost of the item include shipping?

The cost of the item at checkout does not include postage. Please get in contact with Locus Collective before making your purchase and we will calculate the price of delivery on top of your purchase price. Don’t forget, if you live in the Sydney Metro Area, delivery is free!

Does Locus Collective ship interstate?

Yes we do! Contact Locus Collective with your postcode and we can give you an accurate cost on interstate shipping.

Can I put an item on hold?

As we are a small company with a selected amount of stock, Locus Collective does not hold items.

Does Locus Collective offer returns?

Locus Collective does not offer returns unless the item is faulty. All items are sold “as is” unless the piece has been fully restored— then you‘ll have a showroom quality piece. If you require more info, photos or even a video of the piece you are interested in, please contact Locus Collective— we want our customers to be happy with their items. Does Locus Collective offer custom upholstery?

Locus Collective works with a reputable upholsterer and offers upholstery options for any of our pieces, for an additional cost. We also offer custom upholstery on any of our frames we have in stock. For a list of what we have available, please contact Locus Collective. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we are more than happy to try and source you the perfect piece.
